LOCK POLICY

Loan locks are accepted where the full file package is received but has not yet been reviewed by underwriting. Locks on loans where a complete file has not been received will be rejected.

 

APPRAISALS

All loan appraisals must be ordered using the guidelines on the Portal. New brokers must complete the New User Guide to order appraisals today.
